On the morning of January 20, 2020, before the Spring Festival, Ren Hongbin, Deputy Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, came to China IPPR International Engineering Co., a subsidiary of CAMCE, to express his greetings to Huang Xiqiu, the Spirit Model of SINOMACH and the Chief Medical Architect of China IPPR and Representative of Returned Overseas Chinese. Zhang Xiaolun, Chairman and Party Committee Secretary of SINOMACH, Yao Huan, Director of Party Construction Department of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (Party Organization Department, United Front Work Department of the Party Committee), and Chairman of CAMCE Luo Yan attended the visit.

　　On behalf of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, Deputy Director Ren Hongbin extended greetings to the returnees and overseas Chinese of SINOMACH, represented by Huang Xiqiu. During the visit, Director Ren Hongbin asked Huang Xiqiu about his physical condition, work and living conditions in detail. He thanked him for his outstanding contribution to the modernization of the Chinese hospital buildings and told him to take care of himself. Huang Xiqiu thanked the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council for the deep concern for himself, and said that as a member of the returned overseas Chinese, he was very proud to play his role for the development of the motherland and central enterprises, and would continue to contribute to the high-quality development of SINOMACH.

　　Huang Xiqiu, member of the Communist Party of China, and returned overseas Chinese from Indonesia, is currently the Chief Medical Architect of China IPPR, a subsidiary of CAMCE. In 2012, he won the 6th Liang Sicheng Architecture Award, the highest personal honor in Chinese construction industry. In 2013, he won the honorary title of Spirit Model of SINOMACH and became the national study model of the Party's mass line education and practice activities.
