On August 29, 2019, the meeting of the Board of Directors and the shareholders of China-Belarus Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Sino-Belarussian Joint Venture) were successfully held at the joint venture's headquarters, chaired by Ms. Luo Yan, Marketing Director of SINOMACH, CEO of CAMCE and Sino-Belarussian Joint Venture.

　　As members of the Board of Directors, Mr. Bai Shaotong, Vice President of SINOMACH, Ms. Luo Yan, Marketing Director of SINOMACH and CEO of CAMCE, Ms. Hao Ping, Deputy Director of Strategic Investment Department of SINOMACH, Mr. Wang Yuhang, Vice General Manager of CAMCE, Mr. Hu Zheng, Director of China Merchants Group, Mr. Snopkov, Deputy Director of the Belarusian Presidency Office, Mr. Yaroshenko, Director of the Great Stone Industrial Park Management Committee attended the meeting. The Board of Directors listened and reviewed the work report of the Sino-Belarussian Joint Venture for the first half of 2019 and discussed a number of proposals with focus on the adjustment of the Park’s development planning and standard workshop construction.
