On August 19, 2019, Beijing Material Handling Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as BMHRI of IPPR (subsidiary of CAMCE), launched Visit of Academician at BMHRI. Dr. Zheng Zhiming, academician of the Chinese Academy of Science and expert of aerospace information security and blockchain was invited to present on technology and development of blockchain. Dr. Zheng was the former vice president of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (Beihang University).

　　Dr. Zheng appreciated BMHRI's capacity for innovation and industry foresight, hoping to strengthen cooperation in artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and intelligent equipment manufacturing with BMHRI. Dr. Zheng also pointed out that the Chinese Academy of Science and Beihang University have intellectual resources and advanced technological advantages. It was advised that BMHRI strengthen technical exchanges with the affiliates of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Beihang University so as to achieve breakthroughs in technological innovations through joint efforts.

　　Dr. Zheng introduced the blockchain with focus on technology, application and future development. He also explained the urgency of creating a new generation of value internet and the breadth of the market through several examples of application.

　　This activity is another innovative action of BMHRI in the cooperation of industry-univeristy-research. By mobilizing high-end intellectual resources, BMHRI identified a clearer orientation based on professional perspectives and latest concepts of academician, which has laid the foundation for high-quality innovative development.
