On the morning of September 3, 2018, Chairman of CAMCE Luo Yan went to the National Convention Center to attend the opening ceremony of High-level Dialogue Between Chinese and African Leaders and Business Representatives & the Sixth Conference of Chinese and African Entrepreneurs. Chinese President Xi Jinping attended the opening ceremony of the conference and delivered a keynote speech entitled "Towards the Road to Richness Together". President Xi Jinping stressed that China supports African countries in building "one belt and one road" initiative, and is willing to strengthen all- round docking with Africa and create a road of high quality development that is consistent with the national conditions, inclusive, mutually beneficial and win-win.

  The opening ceremony was attended by 35 African leaders attending the China-Africa Cooperation Forum, as well as about 1,000 leaders of well-known industrial and commercial enterprises and representative heads of small and medium-sized enterprises in China and Africa, and representatives of relevant international organizations and institutions.
