A delegation of Georgia-China Friendship Association led by Georgia's Former Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili visited CAMCE on the afternoon of 12th, June 2018. Party Secretary Ding Jian of CAMCE received the delegation and held talks.

  Both sides had an in-depth discussion on future cooperation and made consensus on working together to promote the belt and road initiative implementation and to play greater roles in improving two peoples' well-being.

  Georgia-China Friendship Association was a newly founded people's friendship organization of Georgia in recent years. It is committed to expanding people-to-people exchanges to enhance mutual understanding, and increase business interactions and trade and economic exchanges to advance friendship development between China and Georgia to a new level.

  Undersecretary Romeo Mikautadze of Georgia's Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development and Assistant President Lv Lele of CAMCE attended the meeting.
