China Sinomach Heavy Industry Corporation (Sinomach Heavy Industry) and China Overseas Urban Development Corporation signed a strategic cooperation agreement on Jan 15.

Before the signing ceremony they exchanged views on jointly promoting domestic and foreign environmental projects and reached consensus on several issues.

China Overseas Urban Development Co is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Overseas Holding Group (COHG). Relying on COHG's advantages in infrastructure and adopting modes of BOT, EPC and PPP, it conducts business in various fields such as infrastructure and urban development. Serving the national development strategy, the company carries out in-depth exchanges and cooperation with governments at all levels, as well as with enterprises and financial institutions, and has achieved both economic and social benefits.

The two sides signed the agreement under the principle of joint efforts, common cooperative development and complementary use of each other's advantages.
