Zeng Xiangdong, deputy general manager of China National Machinery Industry Co (Sinomach), met with Michael Doppelmayr, CEO of Doppelmayr Holding AG, in Beijing, on Nov 7.

Doppelmayr is the world's largest manufacturer of cable cars, with 60 percent of the global market share. Earlier this year, Sinomach announced its intentions to enter the industry.

Michael Doppelmayr made it clear that the purpose of his visit was to establish a joint venture company with Sinomach. And the two parties discussed the joint development of cableway equipment, including manufacturing, R&D, and engineering projects.
